3. Remove Your Makeup
Always remove your makeup before bedtime. Makeup can trap many free radicals from the environment, and these free radicals break down collagen and even create acne. Sleep with makeup on and prevent your skin from recovering from the damages it received during the day and this is why sleeping with good cleansing at night is a must.

4. Avoid hot water
One might think that washing the face with hot water would open up the pores. This generally removes natural moisture from the skin, though. The presence of hot water essentially causes swelling in the skin, so pores appear larger and more open to being plugged. Use lukewarm water instead.

5. Reconsider Your Hair Care
