Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some personal care items.
2. Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
Check Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact Bank: Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
Damaged/Defective: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@aaav.in .
6. Shipping
Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
