Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some personal care items.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact Bank: Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Further Assistance: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@aaav.in.

4. Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

  • Damaged/Defective: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@aaav.in .

6. Shipping

  • Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
